1940's Waterman's 513 , Lever-fill, celluloid, striated golden pearl,  triple gold bands on cap. Made in England.

The Waterman pen company is a major manufacturer of luxury fountain pens. Established in 1884 in New York City by Lewis Edson Waterman, it is one of the few remaining first-generation fountain pencompanies, as Waterman S.A..
