Travelling inkwell : Eyedropper filled. To fill the ink pot, remove pull the entire upper clear dome "cap" off to access the barrel that you fill via an eyedropper (one is included).
Description: Italy, circa 2000, Blue and white and black and clear swirled pattern. Silver trim. Came out circa 2014, but this is from the first series of three. Visconti's New Concept Design (NCD) introduces new parameters in pen design, blending elements of the past with styling focused on the future. The Millennium Arc Collection is produced in three new demo colors - each color representing a different millennium. Both the clip and the filling mechanism are arc shaped, symbolizing the merger of the arc of time with the arc of history - time in motion for 2000 years. The arc represents the continuity of time, from the past to the future.
