This series was commissioned in 1998 to celebrate the bicentennial of the birth of the great Italian poet Giacomo Leopardi. Featuring a beautiful gold vermeil with engravings, this pen has interchangeable blue, coral and green celluloid accents. The celluloid accents are very easy to change. The Limited-Edition No. 424/ 1000 is engraved on the pen barrel. Another unique feature of this pen is the eyedropper fill mechanism. The eyedropper and ink bottle are included.
