Since the converters for these models are virtually impossible to find, these dried-up ( but unpunctured ) refills can save the day as they can be refilled with ink via a syringe.
The Fashion was a line of slender pens, possibly marketed towards women, that was pretty common from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s. There are two variants; the Fashion I uses slim cartridges like the Targa Slim (with which it is often confused, at least until you see the nib)
