Papermate Ballpoint Chrome
In most vintage Ballpoints, the refills are dry and have to be replaced.
Paper Mate is an American maker of pens and other stationery items. Their ballpoint pens take a variety of stick refills, while some of their older pens take a refill that is essentially a G1 standard refill. Any G1 refill, such as the Schneider Express 225, should fit these older Paper Mate pens. The original lubriglide refills are difficult to find for a reasonable price.
