Nib: Medium 18k
12-faceted, solid uniform forest green, and features the 18k-750 gold nib, a classic OMAS Milord (or an old-style Paragon) from the 1980s or 1990s.
The "75 Years / Symbol of Distinction"
The Nib: It is fitted with their highly celebrated, springy 18k solid gold (750) nib. OMAS gold nibs from this era are legendary among collectors for their smooth, wet ink flow and pleasant, slight bounce.
The "Forest Green Resin" Faceted Generation
The Material: OMAS crafted this from a proprietary, high-grade natural cotton resin. Unlike acrylics, cotton resin responds directly to the warmth of your hand, making it incredibly tactile and comfortable to hold for long writing sessions.
The Trim: These 12-faceted resin pens typically came adorned with OMAS’s signature Greek Key pattern bands engraved on the cap and section, often paired with a roller-wheel pocket clip.
Condition: Pre-ownd. There are no major imperfections to note: no chips cracks or any sign of faults or surface wear. No box or paperwork
the OMAS Piston Filler
- Unscrew the Knob: Turn the blind cap (the faceted knob at the very end of the barrel) counter-clockwise. You will feel the internal piston mechanism slide downward toward the nib.
- Submerge the Nib: Completely submerge the entire nib and a portion of the gripping section into your ink bottle.
- Draw the Ink: Turn the end knob clockwise. This pulls the piston back up, creating a vacuum that draws ink up into the solid green barrel.
- Clean the Feed: Wipe any excess ink off the nib and section with a soft cloth or tissue.
