Postal Pen Co., USA -- 1920s. Measures capped, 5 5/8”
The company has been around for a couple decades, and it was started by a fellow named Howard Levy. He was a well-known pen person and collector. The inspiration for Bexley’s fountain pens, comes from the vintage American beauties. Like a lot of collectors, Levy (Owner) finds Parker pens of the 1920s to 1950s the most desirable of the classics.
