Bulb filling system. You unscrew the end of the barrel to reveal the rubber squeeze bulb. You pump it a few times to fill the barrel, watching while the level rises in the window.
Black cap, section, and blind cap with a large ambered transparent viewing window. It has gold filled trim in the form of a 1/8" cap band and a clip.
