Filling System: "Captive converter" which means the converter is installed in the barrel and is operated by turning the blind cap/nob. You can feel when the piston reaches the end of its course and when the piston is fully retracted.
The blind cap is a simple press-fit on to the converter. The converter is threaded into the section
The company has been around for a couple decades, and it was started by a fellow named Howard Levy. He was a well-known pen person and collector. The inspiration for Bexley’s fountain pens, comes from the vintage American beauties. Like a lot of collectors, Levy (Owner) finds Parker pens of the 1920s to 1950s the most desirable of the classics.
