The official ISO length for these refills is 110 mm, but most vary between 110 mm and almost 112 mm. Schmidt lists its refills as 110.6 mm, but these do vary as well. Most others on the market adhere closely to the 111.1 mm measurement, which is exactly 4 3/8 inches in length.
