Vintage Garland Twin-0 -Matic, ball point pen has a writing tip on both ends. There is a blue band near one end and a red band near the other end and the bands indicate the colour of the ink for each end. I have replaced the original refills with small standard,( Schimdt 635) international refills , still available, but I kept the metal knob
