Formed in the early 1920s by Harry Burnham, the company produced well-made yet inexpensive pens. Throughout its history Burnham constantly competed with Conway Stewart and Co and is best known for high quality Red Ripple pens of the '30s and beautiful Marble effect plastic pens of the '40s and '50s.
