Wahl fountain pens, under the Eversharp brand, were a prominent part of the golden era of fountain pens in the US, with a history spanning from the early 20th century to the 1950s. Initially a pencil manufacturer, the Wahl Adding Machine Company expanded into fountain pens after acquiring the Eversharp name and the Boston Fountain Pen Company in 1917.
