Penman was a 3rd-tier pen manufacturer from 1941-1944. They sold low end pens under the Penman and Winchester name. Don't expect anything high-quality.
Brown and black swirl (early plastic pen) wth aluminum button-filler, The pressure bar does not work all that well-but it does fill the pen.
