1999-2000 Black Lucite with Rose Gold Vermeil, Captive converter, or piston, filling system. It works like a standard piston filler,  remove the blind cap, turn the piston knob This is the vermeil version that has rose gold plating over the sterling. 3/16" cap band and rose gold coloured  trim.
