English make, silver inkwell with glass insert and flip top. Glass ink pot insert. Hallmarks : W.M.Co. with "Ancor", "Lion" and "Z" Has a few very slight dings and one dent at the base with wear around the neck where the top flaps down. Silver showing some fading.
